Small Business Documentary Photography: Best Life with Lindsey

I love working with people who love what they do. You can see this clearly. Lindsey is one of these people. I always see her with the best attitude in life. She gives back to the community through leading her children's school parent association and many others that I probably don't know. When she approached me to work with her with her new business, I finally connected the dots. She lives her best life, and she wants to share this with others. Check out her website here:

I stayed one morning for her piyo class. One thing I noticed was how intently Lindsey was when getting ready for the class. She shared the wisdom of nutrition, a podcast she listened to, a book she read, to everyone in the room. I know they were there because they knew Lindsey personally and listened to her. You have to admit you don't get that by signing up in your online trainer.

Tell me about your business, what do you do?
Best Life with Lindsey is a health and wellness coaching business. The mission is to help everyone live their best life by focusing on the pillars of their health. Best Life provides personal coaching services, group exercise classes, and presentation on Best Life principles.

How did you get here?
I have taught group exercise classes now for over 20 years. I have always valued the importance of moving your body and enjoying to move your body. Over the years, I have discovered an equal passion for healthy food. I also love setting goals, having a vision board every year, and dreaming big. I want to share these passions with others to help them live their best life!

What do you love most about your business? What don't you love.
I have just started my business. I LOVE it all! It’s a lot of hard work and time to begin a business on your own. That would be the only drawback.

What's your dream person you'd like to work with?
This is a great question. Truly, my greatest desire is to help the people I am closest to. My mom is struggling right now, I just need her to say “Let’s do this!” Also, one of my very dearest friends is my second client. Being able to help the people I love is my greatest goal. There is no “dream client,” rather just a client committed to making change.
